James Vincent McMorrow has just announced on his Facebook fan page that he will play the Olympia Theatre, Dublin on Friday 21st October.
The Choice Prize nominated singer-songwriter, who is played at this year's SXSW Festival, currently taking place in Austin, Texas, is delighted to be able to finally announce the news to his fans: "[The Olympia] is my favourite venue in the whole entire world, I've dreamt of playing a show there since I started making music, 2 say this is an absolute dream come true doesn't even begin 2 do it justice."
Tickets for James' fully seated Olympia appearance go on sale this Friday morning at 9am from Ticketmaster.ie, priced from €21. Details of the full European Tour are available here. And finally, you can read my interview with James here.
